Fresh Strawberries with Sour Cream Recipe Elevate Your Dessert

Another no-cook dessert, but one that is seasonally limited, since it is only good with fresh strawberries.
INGREDIENTS :- Serves 6
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 112 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 1 Wash and hull the berries. Slice and sprinkle with the granulated sugar.
Step 2 Combine the whipped cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla; fold into the strawberries.
Step 3 Turn into a freezer tray and place in the freezer until very cold—but not frozen ( from 30 to 40 minutes). Serve at once.
