How to Use the High School GPA Calculator
Understanding your GPA is the first step toward a successful college application. This tool automates the math so you can focus on your studies.

The Basic Formula
Unlike college GPA, which is credit-weighted, High School GPA is typically calculated by averaging the point values of all classes:
- Unweighted: Average of all standard point values (A=4, B=3, etc.).
- Weighted: Unweighted points+Weighting Boost (Honors/AP).
