  • 3 eggs

  • 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped nut
