Strawberry Raspberry Sauce Best Uses

- 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries
- 1 tablespoon kirsch washed and hulled
- 10-ounce package frozen raspberries, thawed and Drained
- Good on ice cream, soufflés, plain cake, or fresh fruit.
Step 1 Reserve some strawberries for a garnish.
Step 2 Combine the remaining straw‑berries and the raspberries and kirsch in a blender or processor and puree.
Step 3 Slice the reserved strawberries and gently stir into the sauce.
