Basic Homemade Bread for Beginners
How to store homemade bread – This is as easy as any bread can be and a good recipe for the beginner. It isn’t fancy, but it tastes awfully good, and you can be proud of the finished loaves.

INGREDIENTS :- Serves Makes 2 loaves
- 21/2 cups warm water
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk 2 tablespoons sugar
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 7 to 7 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, divided
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 1 Measure the water into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2 Sprinkle the yeast over the water and wait a few minutes for the combination to bubble—that means the yeast is active.
Step 3 Add the dry milk, sugar, salt, oil, and 31/4 cups of the flour to make a thick batter.
Step 4 Blend well using a wooden soon. Beat for 5 minutes.
Step 5 Gradually add the remaining flour to form very stiff dough (it will be very difficult to work in with the spoon).
Step 6 Turn out on the go to a floured surface.
Step 7 Knead until smooth; this can take 10 minutes.
Step 8 Place in a cloth- covered, greased bowl and let rise until doubled in bulk.
Step 9 Divide in h and shape into 2 loaves and put into 9 x 5-inch bread baking pans.
Step 10 Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until.
Step 11 Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Step 12 Remove from that least doubled in bulk.
Step 13 On a wire rack, e pans immediately and cool.
