Apricot Sauce Best Tips for Making Recipe

INGREDIENTS :- Serves
- Makes about 2 cups
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1/2 cup kirsch
- 1/2 cup water
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat to the boiling point.
Step 2 Stir to mix thoroughly and remove from the heat after the mixture has boiled for I or 2 minutes.
Step 3 May be used hot or at room temperature. Good over bread or rice puddings and Grand Marnier soufflés.
Note: If refrigerated, warm before using or the mixture will be too stiff to pour.
