- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups peeled, chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or macadamia nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
- 4 teaspoon nutmeg
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2 Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with the butter.
Step 3 In a medium-sized bowl, .beat together the oil, honey, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt.
